Reinhabit Gardeners are part of a community that shares resources, brings in new clients, and educates the public about the importance and beauty of natural gardening and landscaping methods. Our gardeners practice regenerative agriculture and are paid by clients for a variety of services. Gardening can be done on a part-time or full-time basis. You decide what clients you work with and how much work you take on.

To join us, you’ll first take a workshop with our partner non-profit, the Living Systems Institute, and work with a mentor to complete the Carbon Cycling Certification. This will ensure that you understand the concepts behind regenerative landscaping, can complete projects on your own, and can work well with clients. Then you’ll apply for membership in Reinhabit Cooperative, which makes you a co-owner of this democratically-controlled business. Join us today!
